Victoria Odimba

Founder/Chef Executive Officer

Victoria Odimba is a serial Founder, Startup Mentor, Marketing Communications Expert, Media Professional, and Author, passionate about excellence and helping businesses thrive. A trained communicator (Mass Communication at the University of Nigeria, Nsukka), with a postgraduate business degree (specialization in Marketing) from Edinburgh Business School, Heriot-Watt University, United Kingdom, Ms. Odimba has worked in the media, entertainment, tourism, and aviation sectors cumulatively for almost two decades, in Nigeria and the United Arab Emirates. She has led and still leads multicultural teams and is highly experienced in business development and marketing.

She led a 10-person team that launched a television channel- Nigeria’s first full high-definition television channel within 4 months and headed it, spearheading its expansion within 2 years to over 30 countries, including the United Kingdom; on Sky UK. Thereafter, she launched Eliora Cosmetics (a beauty brand for women of color), The Cellente Limited (a marketing agency) and C Insights Africa powered by Insights and Decisions LTD; (a tech-enabled business intelligence firm).

She is an avid learner and a thought leader who seeks new ways to infuse a combination of fun and achieving outstanding results in the workplace. Her continuous quest for knowledge has led her to Data Analytics certifications and business courses from reputable institutions in the United States, the United Arab Emirates and the United Kingdom, including a Special Executive MBA (SEMP) from the Metropolitan School of Business & Management, UK. She is also an alumnus of Founder Institute South Africa, a mentor at Founder Institute Mumbai and Venture Capital for Africa (VC4A), and an Executive MBA candidate at Quantic School of Business and Technology.

She loves to read, write and travel.

He is a strategist, thinker, process inventor & reinvention expert who worked with people from 40+ countries, has a network in 100+ countries, representation India 10+ times, featured on 50+ media platforms globally like ET, Doordarshan, TOI, Delo, UNI, BBC, Express-News, CF Time, etc. He received 15+ awards like the WYS award to convert UN development goals into action & Karmaveer Chakra, among 100 Saarc youth leaders & Top 20 Techstars Apac ecosystem developers. Advisor of 14 startups with Equity like Drone & EV motor manufacturing, Smart Street kart, Challenge-based hiring, Coworking space, Learning platform, Content creation, Youtube management, Solar innovation, Electric bikes, international recharge, Youth mental health, Private tourism, etc.

Stella Hart is a management consultant and human resource specialist with over 14 years of professional experience managing complex projects in major sectors such as; education, banking, consulting and cultural relations.  
She holds a Master’s degree in Development Economics and Bachelors’ honors in Economics. Her professional affiliations include: Associate, Institute of Chartered Economists of Nigeria (ICEN); Member, Nigerian Institute of Management (NIM); Nigerian Institute of Safety Professionals and Certified Presenter JCI Training Institute USA.
Stella as a management consultant is an expert in Economic Development, Feasibility Studies, and Business Plan Development which includes sensitivity analysis to help business owners make informed decisions, Funds Mobilization, Financial and Business Advisory services. She has carried out outstanding projects in this regard. This includes: A World Bank project of conducting a survey on State – Level Private Sector Policy and Institutional Mapping in Rivers State aimed at developing the Private sector and Development of a Business Plan for Decision Processes International – Nigeria (DPI), a worldwide Strategy Consulting Organization
As an enthusiastic and avid scholar, she has ample experience in recruitment, training and development, capacity building, personnel management which she has conducted for Government parastatals, public and private companies including SMEs and oil and gas companies. Based on her vast skills in human resources, she has also engaged in several management training. 
Stella is a professional on data analysis with certifications from Hult Ashridge Executive Education on Big data and analytics, understanding transactional analysis and developing a marketing strategy. Other certifications from Ashridge Executive Education include: developing resilience and creating a high performing team amongst other training. 
Following her excellent communication skills and invaluable network based on her interface with CEOs of large, small and medium-sized enterprises, top government officials and her international experience, she engaged in further trainings like Executive Business Writing from Poise Nigeria with certification by The Protocol School of Washington and JCI Presenter with certification by Junior Chamber International (JCI).
Stella is very passionate about SME development and as such was engaged in a training and project on company diagnostics aimed at supporting SMEs thrive even in uncertain and challenging times. This was carried out in conjunction with the Foundation for Partnerships Initiative (PIND) in partnership with DAI, USA in her role as a Management Consultant.
She will continue to utilize her skills and professional experience to offer tailor made solutions to businesses for sustainability, business expansion and profitability which will have a huge positive impact on economic growth and development. 

Gloria Odimba is a legal practitioner; a passionate and focused worker in the Temple of Justice. Passionate about child protection and gender justice, she is a women and children’s rights advocate. She is a graduate of Ambrose Alli University, Ekpoma, Nigeria and was called to the Nigerian Unable to ignore her passion for women and children, she volunteered in 2016, at the Office of the Public Defender as a Social Worker, before going into full practice at the Lagos State Ministry of Justice. 

Gloria is a seasoned Criminal Prosecutor and a trained Child Justice Administrator. She has attended several international trainings such as UNICEF Training on the Police and Child’s Rights Law. Her other certifications include; Children’s Human Rights by the University of Geneva (MOOC), Daystar Leadership Academy Training on Leadership, Child Justice by the. National Institute of Trial Advocacy (NITA) USA  among others.

She has also facilitated and conducted several training on Criminal Justice Administration to Police Officers, teachers and teenagers. She holds several professional memberships with several organizations such as the Nigerian Bar Association,  the Association of Professional Negotiators and Mediators and Institute of Chartered Mediators and Conciliators. She has also won several awards for her contributions to the Justice sector in Lagos State, Nigeria.

Margaret Odimba

Advisory Board Member

Margaret Odimba is a finance professional with a stickler for excellence.

With a background in Public Administration and an MBA in Finance from the Edinburgh Business School, Heriot-Watt University, Margaret has over 12 years work experience in different organizations both in Nigeria and in the United Arab Emirates; where she has worked in finance and technology, among other sectors. 

She is an Authorized Dealing Clerk at the Nigerian Stock Exchange, an associate member of the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers (CIS) and an associate member of the Chartered Institute of Securities & Investment UK.

Margaret is an avid learner and takes regular short courses from various institutions of learning such as the University of Pennsylvania. She is also a graduate of Le Cordon Bleu Culinary School, London.

She has vast experience in product development, investment advisory, financial planning, conflict resolution and client relationship management. 

With her finance and hospitality training, she has provided strategic advisory services to several struggling hospitality businesses by ensuring they adhere strictly to their financial plan to maximize revenue generation. This has had positive outcomes on the firms following their increased revenue and optimal utilization of funds.
